Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern.
With such of urinalysis results: albumin1+, blood 1+, pus cell plenty, red cell 10-12 and with your complain you probably have a cystitis and a kidney stone this is shown by the presence in urine of crystal of calcium oxalate, to take the right antibiotic and know the bacteria that cause this infection you should do a urine culture. I recommend you to take a lot of water during the day it help to cure the infection and also it help remove the crystals or stones, to determine the size and amount of stones and where it is you should do a renal echo and consult a urologist or nephrologists.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Kind regard,
Dr .Marsida Janko
